Usher & Grace Miguel: Who Wears The Pants?

What is it with Usher and his cougar girlfriends? Does he like the take-charge attitude? Well, whatever it is, it doesn’t seem to be working too well for his career. Usher is now dating a 43 year old former Def Jam executive, Grace Miguel, and she’s definitely trying to snuff out his staff.

She’s not only his boo; she’s trying to be his stylist and his co-manager. She is already trying to fire his whole team such as his stylists, choreographers and tour managers so that she can replace them with her people.

One of the first victims of his crazed woman was Usher’s longtime agent Mark Cheatham of CAA. Usher started his career with Cheatham, and Cheatham even introduced Usher to his protege, Justin Bieber. A source close to Cheatham informed Page Six, “Mark is really upset. He’s been with him from the beginning. He thinks Usher will come back, He’s just waiting.”

This isn’t the first time, Usher chose his woman over his staff. When he was married to Tameka Foster, she and his mother/manager, Jonetta Patton, got into a little tiff. This beef resulted in his firing his own mother and his explanation for his actions was that he gave her more time to be a grandmother.

But what’s the deal with Grace? Is his boo burning bridges for all the right reasons or is she just a control freak? Hmm, I don’t know seems like you cannot get better than Chilli.
