Vivica A. Fox Booked for DUI

      Vivica A. Fox has been booked on a DUI charge that could subject her to a $1,000 fine and a six-month jail term. The 43 year old actress was ordered by a judge to turn herself in or face a warrant for her arrest.

      As reported earlier, Fox was stopped in the San Fernando Valley by California Highway Patrol officers who said her 2007 Cadillac Escalade was clocked at 80 mph and weaving on the Ventura Freeway. She was given field sobriety tests after officers smelled alcohol. Fox didn’t hesitate to pull the race card and lashed out at the officer for being a “racist white cop.”

      In September, she pled not guilty to two counts of DUI, after it was discovered that she had been driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit of .08. If convicted of the charges, Fox may face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
