NBA YoungBoy is on fire with his recent string of releases.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been on a tear this past year. After dropping off four four-track EPs, subsequently packaged as the 4Respect 4Freedom 4Loyalty 4WhatImportant, NBA returned seemingly moments later with his 11-track project, Decided, with the lone feature going to Trippie Redd.

While some, if not most, would think that YoungBoy would need to take time to recalibrate the remainder of his 2018 musical strategy, the Baton Rouge native has different plans. Already, the “38 Baby” rapper has returned with his hot single, “Temporary Time”.

Interpolating Big Pun’s 1998 hit “Still Not A Player”, YoungBoy, being the versatile talent that he is, recruits his crooning abilities to deliver an ode to the girl running through his mind. “Your smile play a big part in why I want you/For your love, it ain’t not tellin’ what I won’t do … Yeah, you bad, I guess that’s why they hatin’ on you/Why they mad? It’s because they ain’t got nothin’ on you/I ain’t tryna waste your time/And I ain’t tryna make you mine/But if it happen that’s fine/I hope I learn to treat you right over the time.”

YoungBoy Never Broke Again effortlessly switches back and forth between singing and rapping, helping him to create another dually-faceted track.
