Everyone’s favorite VJ, radio host, and beanie-rocker Sway, recently sat down with Black Hippy’s ScHoolboy Q at MTV studio’s to discuss Q’s relationship with his Harlem, New York brethren A$AP Rocky.

In 2011, Q and Rocky linked up in the studio to drop two bangers on us, first with “Brand New Guy” off of Rocky’s Live.Love.A$AP mixtape, followed by “Hands on the Wheel” off Q’s Habits & Contradictions LP. Being two of the most talked about cuts off the artists’ respected albums, Sway asked Q if fans could expect more from the East Coast, West Coast connect.

“We’re definitely talkin’ right now. We may give y’all a project, but it all has to be right,” Q told MTV’s Mixtape Daily last week. “The timing has to be right. He’s busy right now, I’m busy right now, so I can’t give no promises when it’ll come or if it will come, but we definitely talkin’ about it.”

Though nothing is set in stone, here’s to hoping these two cats can put enough flows and beats to wax to appease the hungry fans. Oh, and feel free to squeeze a few features from Kendrick Lamar in there … Just sayin’.
