Yeezus proved to be an alienating, challenging album but it was certainly necessary for Kanye West to produce as an artist. As usual he’s also kept an airtight lock on anything leaking so we aren’t entirely too sure what to expect from the followup. But perhaps that’s what has us so excited for a new ‘Ye album: we don’t know what to expect, so expect the unexpected.
