7. Nas, TBD

Life Is Good found Nas return to form, settling for what he’s good at: writing great lyrics and spitting his ass off. It was certainly a welcome return and probably Nas’ best album since Stillmatic. While many old school rappers can’t seem to dust themselves off Nas is doing just fine being Nas. And that’s all we want. We’re hoping his new album will follow in the same footsteps as Life Is Good. Fingers crossed he doesn’t dive off the deep end.
