El-P is back with a new track, “The Full Retard”, the first track on his upcoming Cancer For Cure album, the first non-instrumental album from him since I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead in 2007. The new album features collaborations with Danny Brown, Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire, Killer Mike, and Paul Banks from Interpol. Speaking of Killer Mike, word has it that El-P will be producing his next album. Check out “The Full Retard” below.
