KANYE TALKS RIHANNA

Looks like the whole Rihanna/Chris Brown melee has upset the best of us. Breezy is losing sponsors left and right, his milk mustache and his gig with Wrigley Chewing Gum too. This is what Kanye had to say on the situation. “I saw them at Clive’s [the night before]. I know Rihanna a bit better because I went on tour with her and we really vibed out on a lot of creative ideas. With the touring, I gave all these reference of Graces Jones and Jean Paul-Goude. Back in the 80’s when pop stars just took it to a whole ‘nother level. I really feel that Rihannais so important to our culture and pop music. I feel like she is the most important artist in music and has the most potential. Her taste level at her age and the songs she does and her style and her performance and her voice. “She has the potential to be the biggest artist of all time. In that sense, I feel like that’s my baby sis and I would do anything and everything not help her in any situation. I don’t want to speak too much on it but I was completely devastated by the concept of what I heard to the point that I Was completely devastated during my “American Boy” performance (with Estelle during the Grammy’s) “It’s so devastating. As a person, I don’t care how famous she is or if she just worked at McDonald’s, that should never happen. It should never come to that place.”

TI who had spoken to Chris Brown after the event said in an interview “I told him, ‘This too shall pass.’ We’re celebrities, we’re entertainers, but we’re still human — all of us,” he said. “Don’t expect us not to make mistakes, because we will.” However Tip, in hindsight, wished he had not passed comment. Maybe he wasn’t sure as to how serious this was. No official statements have been released as of yet from either party concerning this altercation between R&B’s most talked about couple, but until they are made you can guarantee none of us are getting the truth.
Bossip stated today that someone within Browns camp had implied that it was in fact Rihanna who had started the fight with Chris Brown after he had received a call on his cell phone from another female. But then other outlets are reporting that the fight came about due to Rih Rih giving Chris Brown herpes. Life in the public eye is never easy, so until we get official statements gotta leave this story be.
