New Music: CeeLo Green – “Sign of the Times”

CeeLo Green is an OG to this rap ish. Many might not be familiar with CeeLo’s work outside of, I don’t know, judging television shows and being the guy who sang “Crazy” by Gnarls Barkley. But when he’s not busy with the aforementioned, CeeLo is a member of legendary Atlanta rap group Goodie Mob. (If you’re new, you should check out Soul Food, the group’s excellent debut album from 1995.) But CeeLo is looking to recharge his solo battery with “Sign of the Times,” a socially-conscious track that reminds us of those good ol’ Goodie days.
