The ImageNation Cinema Foundation is premiering the ODB tribute film “Dirty: One Word Can Change The World”,  next Tuesday (November 10th) in NYC.

The documentary is a tribute to the life of the rapper directed by his cousin Raison Allah and includes interviews with the Wu-Tang Clan, Sunz Of Man, Killarmy, the Black Knight and ODB’s Brooklyn Zu.

Ol Dirty Bastard (ODB), real name Russell Jones was one of the most popular members of the Wu-Tang clan and died suddenly in 2004 of a drug overdose.

The premiere event is also presenting live performances from Brooklyn Zu and author Terrie Wiliams (Black Pain: It Just Looks Like We Aren’t Hurting), will chronicle ODB’s musical legacy and offer information on subtance abuse problems.

  1. this film will definitely be an inspiration and an open-eye for those who are starting their career to become a rapper. i just hope this won’t get any further for those rappers who died on drugs.

  2. i am not really familiar with this artist but when i read his profile i see he had his accomplishment when he was still living. i hope he is happy right now about this tribute to him.
