DMX TELLS JUDGE TO f**K OFF

Ok so no surprise that DMX born Earl Simmons was denied bond again earlier today in a Miami court after being arrested in the Florida city earlier this month after failing to show up in an Arizona court on drugs and driving charges. DMX expressed his upset at the court room by telling Judge Lawrence Schwartz to f**k off numerous times. It was said that the Ruff Ryder front man had been asking one of the prison officers at the jail in which he was being detained to go out and buy him a MacDonald's but unfortunately those sort of privileges are just not available to X right now ;-)

ARRESTED AGAIN FOR IDENTITY THEFT

He needs to be doing a lot more than crossing his fingers this time. Luck is really running out for DMX who was arrested in Phoenix for giving a hospital a name and Social Security number that mos def weren't that of Earl Simmons to pay for medical expenses yesterday.  Using the name Troy Jones back in April of this year to pay the seven and a half g bill, DMX was arrested in the Mall on Saturday. How low is this dude going to go. This is a damn shame getting picked up in the mall of all places. Someone has to have got this shit on their cell phone camera.

After the DMX was unable to fork over the $281K a judge says he owes a doggy clothing company for refusing to take part in a promotional campaign in 2004, DMX is being forced to auction off his Fifth Avenue townhouse to come up with the cash. He was just arrested in Miami for driving with a suspended license. Come On People ........

DMX’S Defamation Case Is Dismissed

        DMX has seen a defamation lawsuit against him dropped after a judge ruled the star was not at fault for missing a scheduled court hearing this past Janurary.

      Earl Simmons  (DMX)  was forced to pay out $1.5 million to the mother of his child, after failing to turn up to a Maryland court earlier this year (11Jan08) to defend himself against allegations of defamation.

      Simmons was sued by Monique Wayne for defamation of character in 2006 after the star claimed in a interview with American magazine Sister 2 Sister that he was raped by the woman during a hotel stay in Baltimore in 2003.

     But the star was given a reprieve on Friday  after Maryland Judge Thomas P. Smith agreed the star was unaware he was due in court.

      The 37-year-old hired The Murphy Firm to contest the ruling.
Hassan Murphy, a managing partner of the company, says, "Today a very large judgment was vacated by Judge Smith.

"The judge clearly agreed with us that Mr. Simmons was never properly notified and therefore he threw out the judgment."

       But Simmons is still mired by legal drama - earlier this month he was arrested on numerous motor vehicle charges. In a separate incident, Simmons pleaded not guilty to various felony drug charges and animal cruelty charges.

DMX Caught Ridin’ Dirty…Again

       This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone: DMX was arrested in Yonkers, NY on Friday for a moving violation. X ran the red light on Yonkers Ave, and was later found to have been driving with a suspended license.

      He was held overnight in the Westchester County Jail, and was released on $25,000 bail. The rapper is now slated to appear in court on Valentine’s Day, February 14th.

      DMX is no stranger to run-ins with the law. In fact, it would take all day to list all of X’s previous infractions.

In June 2004, DMX was arrested on charges he and another man tried to steal a car in a parking lot at Kennedy Airport, while impersonating a federal agent. In April 2005, X was arrested for driving with a suspended license, shortly after he crashed into a cop vehicle.

      The rapper was pulled over in White Plains on June 2 for speeding and making unsafe lane changes. Police later found that he was not wearing a seat belt and did not have a driver’s license.
A few days later, he was cited for carrying a concealed handgun outside of a nightclub in Scottsdale, Arizona.

So DMX was arrested once again yesterday in a Miami Wal-Mart no less. The reason for being arrested was his failing to show up to a Phoenix Court on Wedsnesday to answer to charges of drugs and weapons possession. The glamorous life of a rapper huh, getting picked up in Wal-Mart. Also as we reported yesterday, Lil Wayne failed to show up to court as did Young Berg in New York City for various charges relating to weapons and drugs. Boys will be boys I guess Also in prison news, word is that Remy Ma and Papoose have finally tied the knot. Lisa Raye was arrested after fighting with her soon to be ex husband and driving her car through the gates to the estate, the couple once shared. He changed the locks on her and she decided nothing was getting in her way of getting into her home including a heavy set of gates.
