By: Hot Gossip Gal Curtis Beat Up? Well here he is arriving with Lloyd Banks at Dublin airport. Seems to have done something to his arm. I heard he and Ciara were all lovely dovey at the World Music Awards this past weekend. Very slow day for gossip as you can tell. TI Bodyguards May Not Testify Now WTF is this about? I heard from a questionable source that the dude who grassed up Tip might not testify as he doesn’t want to see Tip go to jail ..what a dumbass if this is true, the Feds will have this case wrapped up like a Xmas gift with or without his testimony.
By: Rizoh R&B diva Mariah Carey is one of the first major artists to board the ringle bandwagon. Carey is set to re-release her seasonal masterpiece “All I Want for Christmas is You” as a ringle, which is a CD that contains a single and a ringtone, this holiday. The ringle will include a JD-powered remix of the song, as well as a bonus jingle “Miss You Most (At Christmas Time).” The CD will hit stores on Nov. 27 via Sony/Legacy Recordings. You can also pre-order it from Amazon.com.
By: Rizoh Barry Bonds has threatened to ignore the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame, including his own induction ceremony, if the Cooperstown-based museum proceeds with its plan to display an his asterisk-marked home run ball. “I won’t go. I won’t be part of it,” Bonds said in his TV interview with MSNBC’s Jim Gray. “You can call me, but I won’t be there.” For the uninitiated, Bonds is referring to the ball with which he landed No.756. Hip-hop fashion mogul Marc Ecko purchased the ball for 750,000 through an auction and then conducted an online poll asking the public whether the ball should be violated with an asterisk and sent to Cooperstown. “You cannot give people the freedom, the right to alter history, you can’t do it,” Bonds said.
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno With all the buzz and top box office earnings over the weekend, Showtime has announced that they are teaming with Forest Whitaker to produce “Mr. Untouchable,” a drama series based on the life and times of Harlem heroin dealer, Leroy ‘Nicky’ Barnes. In the film ‘American Gangster’, Barnes is portrayed by Cuba Gooding Jr., but there’s no word on who will portray the gangster in the drama series. According to Variety, the series will tell the story of how Barnes built a drug empire in the 1970s that rivaled that of the Italian Mafia. It will show how he rose to great heights, but with his success coming at the expense of his Harlem community. The show will also detail the government’s war on drugs and how it failed for years to bring Barnes down. There’s no word on when production will begin or when Showtime plans to begin airing the series.
By: Hot Gossip Gal I heard this is now official. Kiss has signed to the Roc. Rumors were circulating that The Lox were signing with Def Jam too and I wouldn’t say that isn’t happening just yet either. Signing at this time of year is normally a tax write off for labels…lets not hope thats the case for Jada.

By: Hot Gossip Gal Gotta give Dennis Rodman his props on this outfit..the dude is just not of sane mind.
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno While hosting the European MTV Awards, Snoop Dogg revealed that he’s become good friends with recent U.S. transplant and world famous soccer player, David Beckham. Actually they’ve become such good friends that they’re even considering going into business together. “No one would have thought me and my boy David would have anything in common – we come from separate worlds,” Snoop told U.K.’s Daily Mirror. “But he has the dollars at his disposal and we’re talking about putting our money together to do a movie. It’s incredibly exciting. We both love fashion too, and we might even do a fashion label as well. I think he got his idea to have cornrows in his hair from me, which is great.” Yup. Their families have even got together to hang out. “He was terrific with my kids and they had a great time as he taught them how to shoot and score the perfect goal. That’s a partnership you never thought you would see – Snoop and Beckham,” Snoop said. “I love soccer just as much as he loves hip hop. He hasn’t asked me to teach his kids how to rap yet – but I’m there if he ever needs it.”
By Quibian Salazar-Moreno After getting shouted out as Kanye’s mentor on “Big Brother” and producing “Success”, arguably the best song on Jay-Z’s “American Gangster” which also features Nas, producer No I.D. is ready to reconnect with the rapper he stepped in the game with, Common. He says it’s something that he doesn’t even need to ask him about. “I’m not going to discuss it with him, because I know due to our history, it’s not a discussion — it’s an action,” No I.D. told Entertainment Weekly. “I want to bring him the music. Maybe in my more prideful moments, I was like, ‘He ain’t asked me; I never went anywhere.’ But I really, deep down, wanted to see him and Kanye achieve what they were going to achieve. Music needed that, and I needed to do other things. But I’m at a moment where I know he’s going to appreciate what I have to offer. I don’t believe he’s peaked yet…. [Certain] combinations of people create certain things. I did the Jay song, it made me realize that I want to get back to the people that I can create certain things with. I took a breather, and I’m back with all this energy.” No I.D. was the lead producer on Common’s albums “Can I Borrow a Dollar?”, “Resurrection,” and “One Day It’ll All Make Sense.” They went their separate ways after “One Day…” but there wasn’t ever any beef. “When [Common and I] were doing our first two albums, [1992's] Can I Borrow a Dollar? and [1994's] Resurrection, we weren’t thinking about commercial singles,” No I.D. said. “It was really a creative battle to prove that we were good. We made an album that we felt was a really good album and picked the best song to be a single. Maybe doing the third album [1997's One Day It'll All Make Sense] we started thinking ‘single,’ and then, ‘Okay, let’s put Lauryn Hill on this.’ But it was still from a pure place, in my eyes. After a while, when we were both frustrated with not having the success we felt like we should have, that’s maybe even the true reason we went our separate ways. From that point, we both made our personal journeys to find success.” Since then, No I.D. has been working with Jermaine Dupri and So So Def Records.
40/40 Problems Ok so a waitress is saying she is being let go from Jay Z\’s Manhattan sports bar because she is pregnant. Word on the street is that home girl is pregnant with a child that may cause embarrassment for someone pretty high up in the club. Now I am not sure how true this might be..but whatever goddamn women gotta support their kids more than ever nowadays so let her work until she decides it is time to give it up. Jay Z Pissed Off Did y\’all know Jay Z had hoped to play the role of Frank Lucas in American Gangsta..yeah the role that was played by Denzel Washington…I mean I love Jay and all that, but on the real..is he worthy of a role like that? I didn\’t even know Jay was even into acting like that…hmmm State Property, Training Day…damn Denzel really had competition.
By: Rizoh It’s one thing to say that Lil’ Wayne is better than Jay-Z (even though I strongly disagree with that claim). But it’s another thing to say that Weezy is bigger than—wait for this—Biggie, 2Pac, and Jay-Z combined. That’s exactly what Birdman wants you to believe. The Cashmoney Records CEO had some bloated compliments for his protégé in a recent interview with Miami New Times. “He take it like a professional,” Birdman said of Wayne. “He never stop working and that’s why he where he is. And besides that, the li’l n*gga supergifted, extra-smart, talented like a motherf**ka. You know it’s possible that they can have another Wayne come out, but what he ’bout to do is a miracle for us to see. We was fortunate to grow up on Tupac, but he died young. This sh*t Wayne got bigger that. Bigger than Tupac, bigger than Biggie and Jay-Z. It’s crazy.” I doubt that fans of the aforementioned music icons would agree with that bogus claim.
By: Rizoh Television bounty hunter Duane “Dog” Chapman has apologized for using the N-word during a personal phone conversation with his son. A 2-minute recording of the conversation surfaced online after a tipster sent it to The Enquirer. In the clip, Chapman uses the N-word six times. Chapman is also heard telling his son to dump his “N*gger girlfriend” during the conversation. The 54 year-old Chapman, who stars in A&E’s “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” released a statement saying that he was opposed to his son’s choice of girlfriend, and not to her race. “I was disappointed in his choice of a friend, not due to her race, but her character,” He added: “I did not mean to add yet another slap in the face to an entire race of people who have brought so many gifts to this world. I am ashamed of myself and I pledge to do whatever I can to repair this damage I have caused.” A&E has canceled “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” following his racist remarks. By: Rizoh New York-based hip-hop jeweler Yakov Arabov, better known as Jacob the Jeweler, has pled guilty to charges of falsifying records and giving false statements to authorities investigating a drug ring. “I realize I have made a terrible mistake and I accept the consequences of my actions,” said 42-year old Arabov in a statement. The jeweler, who has designed bling for the likes of Nas and Kanye West, is involved in an investigation into allegations of laundering $270 million in drug profits for the Black Mafia Family gang. He may face up to 46 months in prison and pay a $2 million fine, under the terms of the plea.
