Tip Isn’t Actually Being Charged In LAPD Bust?

Wow!  So it’s looking like Tip was mainly guilty of driving while black in a nice car, since he isn’t be charged with any actual drug possession by the LAPD.  I mean he still violated and for being around drugs, convicted felons, and testing positive for opiates.  So he is still going back to jail.  However according to TMZ, the cops were being super extra and while the car supposedly smelled of weed, they never booked any drugs into evidence.

  • According to the D.A.’s Office, they are not going forward with charges because, in essence, he’s already been sentenced to prison since the arrest was a violation of his federal probation.

    However, law enforcement sources tell TMZ, there were significant legal issues over probable cause which led to T.I.’s arrest.

    Cops claimed they smelled marijuana but no pot was ever booked into evidence.  And, we’re told …T.I. was pulled out of his $250,000 Maybach immediately after he made the illegal U-turn and prior to any registration check.

The recent situation between Young Thug and Lil Wayne is escalating albeit in a confusing manner. Here's the breakdown: Lil Wayne doesn't want to be part of Birdman's YMCMB, Wayne's highly-anticipated studio album Tha Carter V is put on hold, Young Thug is putting out his debut album entitled Carter 6 in tribute to Wayne, Wayne doesn't like it and calls out Thug, Thug responds by saying he doesn't want any problems and reiterates that the newly titled Barter 6 is a tribute to Wayne. The two have remained close and any time T.I.'s got a new album cooking you better believe Pharrell will be there either providing Tip with the hook, the chorus, a verse, or production.
