Yes, Dame Dash is working on his comeback to the world of making money. In his recent interview with XXLMag.com, the former Roc-A-Fella boss spoke about his latest business ventures including a new TV network, internet radio station and a movie with Mos Def. The film is a documentary about an all-black punk band named Death from 1970s Detroit and has already started filming. Dame told XXL that him and Mos will share production duties for the film and it is set to be directed by the Chicago Duo Coodie and Chike, who are mostly known for their music video work such as Kanye’s ”Through the Wire”, and Mos Def’s ”Ghetto Rock”. The duo is also working with Dame on his new TV network called “Creative Control”. The network, which has a trailer online on their website, is set to launch on November 27.  Another project the entrepreneur is working on is an Internet radio station called “Magnet Radio”, Dame says:

“I think it’s gonna launch in a couple weeks and it’s just really for good music,” he said. “It’s not about getting money or all the ads, or things like that it’s really about giving people a platform to hear good music…I think the whole world is getting ready to turn for that. It feels like good music is gonna take the forefront and people with a good show. I think that’s the good business model.”

If a movie, a radio station and TV network wasn’t enough, Dame is also producing a new album called “Blac Roc” which features Mos Def, Jim Jones, Ludacris, Q-Tip, Raekwon, RZA, Billy Danze of M.O.P., Pharoahe Monch and Ol’ Dirty Bastard, among others, rhyming over songs from the rock group The Black Keys. It will be the first album on a new label started by Dame and The Black Keys. So Yes, Dame Dash is officially back.
