Roddy Ricch’s “The Box” Earns 10th Week As Billboard Hot 100’s No. 1

Big things ahead for the young artist.

While it’s been a tumultuous 2020 for most, it’s been quite the successful year for Roddy Ricch. Today, he celebrates “The Box” spending its 10th week at Billboard’s coveted number-one spot. 

The hit from Roddy’s acclaimed debut album, Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial, “The Box” has flooded seemingly every alley of the internet, finding its way into memes, playlists, Instagram captions — and yes, of course, atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

While “The Box” originally debuted at number-47, it peaked at number-one back on January 18th. Numerous accolades later, and the rest is history.

Roddy Ricch is on pace for having the most successful 2020 — new and established artists, alike.
