Shyne will be released on October 6 after serving almost all of his 9-year prison sentence for his role in the infamous shooting inside Club New York. He had a parole hearing today and this date was confirmed by his lawyer.  Although incarcerated, he managed to release an album, spit verses for remixes over payphones, and create a beef with 50 Cent.  Shyne is also rumored to being pursued by Jay-Z to sign him to his Roc Nation imprint. Diddy better beef up security!
