On Saturday night July 12th in the summer of the two thousand and fourteenth year Joe Budden signed himself up for a roast. Then he got heckled, and quit. An event named Total Slaughter showcased a battle rap legend, Hollow Da Don, throwing bars at the reality television artist in a bid for internet notoriety. Video after the jump.

Joe Budden is sharing "SlaughterMouse," a track that he previewed a month back. The track, initially perceived to be a diss towards Eminem, is actually more of an open letter to the famed Detroit emcee. Budden positions himself as a sort of "Stan" here, leveling much praise for Eminem and his career. The track may or may not appear on Budden's forthcoming All Love Lost album, dropping next month.
