Last week reports surfaced that Pittsburgh-native Mac Miller was set to sell 100K copies of his debut album Blue Slide Park. Well since it’s release this past Tuesday, Billboard and other sources are now reporting Mac is on target to sell at least 180,000 copies and possibly more.

This would give the Rostrum Records artist the first #1 album independently-distributed since Snoop Dogg’s Dogg Food in 1995. Give the man an ovation. Better yet, go out and cop Blue Slide Park and support the cause.
