Releasing the full version after a snippet leaked online.

Despite fan clamoring, Bryson Tiller hasn’t released a single since 2019 with “Blame”. Despite showing up on Wale’s “Love… Her Fault” earlier this year, 2020 has been a cone of silence for Young Pen Griffey — until now. Last night, the trap-soul pioneer broke this sabbatical by releasing “Slept On You”.

Released in response to seeing a leaked snippet, Tiller tweeted the Soundcloud link to the full version, regaining control of the narrative by refusing to allow abridged versions run amok on the internet.

“Slept On You” has that vintage Bryson sound, realized on his standout debut album, Trapsoul, and begs for a full body of work from the Kentucky native. The new Tiller single is produced by NES — the architect who’s worked iwth the likes of Tory Lanez, Cardi B, Conway, and more.
