Scarface Gets Out Of Prison!

Even though no one seemed to be talking about it Scarface has been in prison since October of last year for refusing to pay child support.  He is also working on a new album, which is good because he is one of the few older rappers I’m still interested in hearing from.  According to AHH:

The founding Geto Boys member had been incarcerated since at least October of 2010, for failing to pay back child support to various women.

Scarface, born Brad Jordan, was accused of failing to pay child support for four different cases, three of them in Texas and one in Missouri.

The rapper is currently working on an album of all-new material.

New Music: Offset – “Work” feat. Jeezy

Free Offset. That's all. I can pretty much end the writeup there. But, because I'm no lazy journalist (dedication!) I'll go ahead and give you some background info. Offset, 1/3 of Migos, is currently incarcerated (yes, again) for a probation violation. While he's locked up Migos continue to tour and wait for the inevitable release of Offset. In the meantime the whole QC team is sharing "Work" featuring ATLien Jeezy -- even though Jeezy has been beefing with Atlanta's de facto Trap God, Gucci Mane, who as you know is cool with Migos.
